Our favorite thing about Publix is ordering subs online. Unfortunately quality is hit or miss here. Tonight our subs were missing ham, mustard and tomatoes. Did you run out of lettuce? It looked like it. Not getting what we paid for, especially proteins, is so frustrating. The guy that works Sundays is fantastic! He goes above and beyond and everything is always great.

Went to drop off a prescription, they told me it would be ready in an hour. I went the next day to pick it up and they told me that they didn't carry it and had to be ordered and wouldn't be there until the next day. No phone call, no apologies. I am now completely out of medication and their behavior is unacceptable. I will never get another prescription from them, they are unprofessional, unable to inform their customers and over all a failure for what they are supposed to be doing.

My daughter and I went into Publix with her service animal the service animal was in a back pack carrying and the manager follow us around the store, cornered me and my daughter and an aisle and asked if that was a service animal and what type of service air provided managers name is Shawn. He was very rude and disrespectful and informed me that all animals that come into the store, he will approach the owner and ask this question. . My daughter felt so uncomfortable that she proceeded outside and waited for me to cash out because she did not want to be in that store anymore!!!!!!!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I was at the checkout today, focusing on paying for my purchase, when one of the employees decided instead of taking a different route, to shove her way past me, bump me, and push my cart forward, away from me and out of her way (which had my purse in it by the way) while having a conversation with a coworker, and did NOT bother saying excuse me. To top it all off, there was a manager standing right in front of me, witnessed the scene, made eye contact with me, said nothing and walked away to avoid any complaints I may have made. He had his head up where the sun doesn't shine. The cashier watched this happen and said nothing, but continued to be friendly and courteous. Human decency and selflessness is a rarity. Whether in uniform at work or out on the streets, this was inappropriate human behavior. The world doesn't revolve around you! Shame on you. A simple excuse me would suffice and I would have gladly made room for her to pass me. Ridiculous.0

Always my go-to-store! Clean, well stocked, helpful staff, good selection. I’ve recently fallen in love with the sandwich counter. As a vegan eater, I’m able to pick up something quick & tasty!

I love this Publix. It's two and a half miles from my house they open at 7 a.m. which is wonderful because I don't really want to go to a crowded grocery store.. they are very busy and from 7 to 8:30 is the best time to go. Everybody's always friendly and I've never had a problem if I couldn't find anything somebody was always willing to help. Very clean as well..they have reasonable prices on dog food..the only complaint that I would have is that they seem to be limited on milk/coffee creamer/whipping cream lately.

Like that it is so close but it has limited items than the store 1.5 miles away. There are a lot of Publix's going up very close to each other and I worry about the impact that will have on the quality and variety of items offered for sale.

Have been visiting this Publix for 10 years. Seems as when they open more outlets, which drain the people, the store is going downhill. More and more items are not in stock. Produce seems to go bad more quickly. One thing that has been constant is Sal in the produce department. He is always quick to greet us with a smile and thanks us every time for shopping there. He is why we have not changed to the closer store.
